soft towels helpful staff limited breakfast dirty stairs

the room was very clean with soft towels. the staff are kind and helpful. i felt at home .

i found that the breakfast options were quite limited. there were only a few choices available each morning. i also noticed that the stairs had piles of dirt and it looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time.

The room was very spacious. everywhere was clean, a point to be noted. i found the bed comfortable and slept well. i also appreciated the good amenities available in the room. I think i had everything i needed.

i did notice the street beside the hotel was full of homeless people. this.

the hotel location is convenient for accessing transport. both the metro and bus lines are easily reachable. the location is near several points of interest, and , made it very easy to explore the area.

breakfast included a plentiful selection of food. there were many choices available daily. i found a complimentary bottle of wine, a lovely touch. this, and we loved that.

The staff were friendly. check-in was easy and efficient. i was able to store my bags before my room was ready. they also stored them for hours after i checked out. That was so helpful for my travel plans.

friendly staff comfortable stay convenient location

The breakfast was a great start to the day for my family and me. despoina especially, went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her efforts made a real difference. the location was convenient for all our family needs. it's clear the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood isn't great. I wouldn't recommend walking around alone at night.

the superior double room had ample space. i found the bed quite large and comfortable. breakfast included many choices, it had fresh fruit and pastries.

the small bathroom lacked a proper towel rack.
